About AJSPress

AJSPress is the definitive collection of online books, courses, and programs from Master Al Simon.

Over the last twenty-plus years, Al has created dozens of books, courses, and programs on Qi Life Energy Development and "Applied Mindfulness." The most important ones are collected here, on a single site, exclusively for the students, instructors, and members of his programs.

About Al Simon

Al is a Tai Chi and Qigong Master, Mindfulness Specialist, Zen Sherpa, Chaos Energy Explorer, author, and teacher. He has been involved in meditation, mindfulness, and Qi (chi) Life Energy for over thirty-five years.

Al learned his first Qigong exercises in 1975 (back when it was called "Chinese yoga"). He began studying Taoism, Zen, and Zen meditation in 1982, and began Tai Chi in 1984.

In addition to these Eastern paths, he also spent the better part of the decade between 2000 and 2010 exploring Western esoteric, motivational, and mindfulness approaches.

Along the way, Al has become a Tai Chi and Qigong Master recognized by the Headfounders Grandmasters Council and the International Martial Arts Council of America. He has also been inducted into the United States Martial Arts Hall of Fame three times, including as a Master and as a Founder, for his innovations to Tai Chi and Qigong.

Al is the "founding father" of online Tai Chi, Qigong, and "applied mindfulness" instruction. He was the first master to teach online in 2003, and he has 5,000+ online students and instructors all over the world.
